Move In/Out

In addition to our cleaning your move out, if you're in need of carpet steam cleaning, we use Reel Clean, a locally owned carpet cleaning company to come in directly behind us to do your truck mounted carpet cleaning!

We coordinate our schedules around YOUR NEEDS. 99% of these combined service appointments are ready for inspection within 6 hours from the start to finish!

Services are top to bottom, ceiling fans to baseboards, light fixtures, spot cleaning walls, interior windows, appliances, cabinets and drawers. All rooms in their entirety.

WE DO NOT pack your belongings and we DO NOT clean without power and water!

WE WILL decline services to any home that has trash removal, is not cleared, or does not have utilities up and running.

The average cost of a move out cleaning with truck mounted carpet cleaning is just $400! Do it our way and get it done in one day! (This is the AVERAGE COST, could be more or less depending on area, square footage & military status). Move out cleaning without carpets start at $199 but can range up to $399 depending, again, on area, square footage and military affiliation.

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is credited to your final invoice, but non refundable with less than 48 hours notice of cancel or reschedule.

One Time Deep Cleaning

Just need help catching up? Unexpected company coming to town? YIKES!

We will come in and do a one time top to bottom deep cleaning, from ceiling fans to baseboards and everything in between! We change linens, wash baseboards, full house detailed dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, interior windows, full kitchen clean including inside oven, fridge & microwave & baths in their entirety. Let us get you started and back on track! The average cost for as one time deep cleaning is just $259.00!! (More or less depending on area, square footage & military status)

A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is credited to your final invoice, but non refundable with less than 48 hours notice of cancel or reschedule.

Recurring Services

We offer weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring house cleaning services. Please see the "One time deep cleaning" services offered as our process is to provide a deep cleaning and recurring maintenance of that deep cleaning to follow at your desired frequency. The average cost of recurring bi-weekly services is $129. Monthly, $159. (More or less depending on area, square footage & military status).

Non-local clients/Property Managers/Out of town homeowners

Oftentimes I receive requests from folks that have already left the area and need a move out for themselves or a prior tenant.

We have you covered!

As long as we are able to gain entry to the home, via lockbox, code, hidden key or even a trusted neighbor, you are 100% involved in your process of having your home prepared for your inspection or the next tenant/homeowner.

We will take pictures as we proceed through your home so you are involved in the service you are paying for from start to finish!

Final payment can be made in the same electronic manner your deposit is received, via Zelle or CashApp.

Further, if for any reason any part of the service deems unacceptable to the inspector or new tenant/homeowner, we come back at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE to fix any area of concern!
